Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Local Organizing Committee, together with the Steering Committee have decided to host CSNDSP 2020 with virtual means.
CSNDSP 2020 virtual conference will include both online and offline sessions, lined up with the conference program. The event will include three session types:
- Technical sessions: these are asynchronous, video streaming sessions for paper presentation. Each session consisting of a maximum of 6 papers and moderated by two session chairs, who will seek to stimulate paper discussion through an offline messaging engine. Authors should comply with the questions and answers as in normal events. Absent authors will be declared as “no show” and their papers removed from the proceedings.
- Keynote sessions: these will be synchronous plenary sessions, where the audience can interact through an online message engine with the moderators and keynote speakers.
- Forum sessions: these will be topic based panel sessions, operated synchronously and similar to keynote sessions. The forum will include a panel of 5 speakers and 2 moderators, who will be delivering their visions on specific topics of interest.

The Welcome Desk will be open on July 20, from 8h30 to 9h30 to support all participants. A Virtual Venue Guide Through Webinar will be held at 9h00, followed and preceded by Questions & Answers Sessions.
